By using Slop Pizza's services — including our website (slop.pizza), SMS messaging, and voice services — you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Slop Pizza is an AI-native product studio. Our messaging services allow you to interact with an AI agent via SMS or phone call. The AI agent processes your messages and generates responses.

You acknowledge that responses are generated by an artificial intelligence system and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected output. Slop Pizza makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated responses.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service to send spam, illegal content, harassment, or abusive messages.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the service.
Use the service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
Use automated systems to send excessive messages.

We reserve the right to block any phone number that violates these terms.

4. Message Costs

Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply when you send SMS messages to Slop Pizza. We do not charge for our messaging service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Slop Pizza name, logo, website design, and generated content (excluding user-submitted messages) are the property of Slop Pizza. You may not use them without permission.

Content you submit (messages) remains yours. By sending a message, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of generating a response.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated responses will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slop Pizza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including damages from AI-generated responses, service interruptions, or message delivery failures.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
